12.2 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the City and State of New York, (notwithstanding New York choice of law or conflict of law principles) and the laws of the United States, where applicable.
13.1 The independent contractor/company needs to work properly and don't mark any order as completed when it is not completed.
13.2 The company can pay before starting the project/task to the independent contractor/company only through PayPal.
13.3 The company may pay any transaction through any another company or system payments, only after the project/task is completed.
13.4 LOZANO CORP. does not work alive.
13.5 LOZANO CORP. will provide the independent contractor/company a copy of the website where the independent contractor/company will work with the assigned project/task.
13.6 Once the project/task are completed by the independent contractor/company and it is approved by any of the company’s Supervisors, the independent contractor/company will get access to upload all the files of the completed project/task to the original assigned website.
14.1 Our supervisors are the only persons who have authorization to provide access to our websites.
14.2 The authorization will be one website per developer, in the case that the project/task requires two or more independent contractor/company working on the same project/task, the only authorized person to grant permission will be the CEO of the company.
14.3 The independent contractor/company will have until a maximum time of 48 hours to upload all the files of the completed project/task to the original assigned website.
14.4 The developer who have access to the company’s website, will be the only responsible for any change or amendment done to that company’s website. The developer will work with extreme care in the original website assigned by the company. If any or some part of the company’s website/s is broken or suffered from electronic issues, errors or problems, the independent contractor/company that worked on that company’s website will be responsible for any and all damage caused to the assigned website.
14.5 The company cannot extend the agreed maximum delivery time with respect to any project/task.
14.6 If the project/task is not delivered timely, the company reserves the right to suspend and cancel the project/task and reassign the project/task to another independent contractor/company. The latter will not be paid because the same did not deliver the assigned project timely.
15.1 The company changes the passwords of the original websites every 48 hours.
