This position is intended to be performed remotely from outside the United States. The final employment or contractor structure will depend on the selected candidate’s jurisdiction, applicable local law, company requirements, and the final written agreement.

01 — The Role

The Role

The AI / Automation / Integration Engineer will build practical artificial-intelligence and automation systems for ALYSSIUN products and enterprise clients.

This role is not limited to calling an AI API.

Candidates must understand software engineering, data, model behavior, integrations, reliability, evaluation, and how intelligent systems interact with real operational processes.

This position is intended to be performed remotely from outside the United States.

02 — Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered applications and services.
  • Build AI agents and tool-using systems.
  • Integrate commercial and open-weight models.
  • Build retrieval and knowledge systems.
  • Build computer-vision systems.
  • Work with speech recognition and speech synthesis.
  • Build data-processing and automation pipelines.
  • Connect AI systems to enterprise APIs and databases.
  • Connect software with cameras, sensors, edge devices, or robotics systems when required.
  • Build workflow automation.
  • Evaluate model accuracy, latency, cost, security, and reliability.
  • Create testing and evaluation systems for AI behavior.
  • Deploy models in cloud, local, or edge environments when appropriate.
  • Optimize GPU and inference workloads when required.
  • Collaborate with simulation and platform engineers.
  • Follow security and data-access requirements established by the CTO.

06 — Compensation

Compensation

Base Compensation

$36,000–$60,000 USD annually

Final compensation will depend on demonstrated expertise, experience, responsibilities, location, and the final employment arrangement.

Compensation is stated in U.S. dollars for comparison purposes. Payroll currency, taxes, statutory benefits, employment structure, and other local requirements may vary according to the selected candidate’s jurisdiction and final written agreement.

The final working relationship, compensation structure, payroll method, statutory benefits, tax treatment, and local employment requirements will be determined according to applicable law and the final written agreement.

08 — Security

Security and Confidentiality

ALYSSIUN operates systems containing proprietary technology, confidential business information, client information, infrastructure, and intellectual property.

Access to repositories, infrastructure, production systems, data, credentials, documentation, and proprietary technology is granted according to role and project requirements under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer. Employees and contractors may receive access only to the repositories, systems, environments, data, and documentation necessary for their assigned responsibilities.

Company access controls are maintained so that no individual, including the Chief Technology Officer, holds uncontrolled or exclusive access to critical company systems.

Selected candidates will be required to execute appropriate confidentiality, intellectual-property, information-security, access-control, and employment or contractor agreements before receiving protected company access.
