This position is intended to be performed remotely from outside the United States. The final employment or contractor structure will depend on the selected candidate’s jurisdiction, applicable local law, company requirements, and the final written agreement.

01 — The Role

The Role

The engineer will build real-time 3D systems, simulations, digital twins, visualization tools, and spatial applications for ALYSSIUN and enterprise clients.

The role combines software engineering with 3D technology.

We are not looking only for a 3D artist.

The successful candidate must understand how interactive 3D systems are engineered, optimized, connected to software and data, and delivered as usable products.

This position is intended to be performed remotely from outside the United States.

02 — Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Build real-time 3D environments.
  • Build digital twins and operational simulations.
  • Build browser-based spatial applications.
  • Create interactive visualization systems.
  • Implement cameras, controls, physics, interactions, and simulation logic.
  • Connect 3D environments to APIs, databases, live data, sensors, or enterprise systems.
  • Optimize assets and rendering performance.
  • Create reusable simulation components.
  • Work with models, materials, lighting, animation, and asset pipelines.
  • Build desktop, web, or engine-based simulation experiences when required.
  • Collaborate with AI and automation engineers.
  • Help reproduce operational workflows inside simulations.
  • Validate technical assumptions with the CTO and project specialists.
  • Document simulation assumptions, systems, limitations, and interfaces.

06 — Compensation

Compensation

Base Compensation

$30,000–$48,000 USD annually

Final compensation will depend on demonstrated expertise, experience, responsibilities, location, and the final employment arrangement.

Compensation is stated in U.S. dollars for comparison purposes. Payroll currency, taxes, statutory benefits, employment structure, and other local requirements may vary according to the selected candidate’s jurisdiction and final written agreement.

The final working relationship, compensation structure, payroll method, statutory benefits, tax treatment, and local employment requirements will be determined according to applicable law and the final written agreement.

08 — Security

Security and Confidentiality

ALYSSIUN operates systems containing proprietary technology, confidential business information, client information, infrastructure, and intellectual property.

Access to repositories, infrastructure, production systems, data, credentials, documentation, and proprietary technology is granted according to role and project requirements under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer. Employees and contractors may receive access only to the repositories, systems, environments, data, and documentation necessary for their assigned responsibilities.

Company access controls are maintained so that no individual, including the Chief Technology Officer, holds uncontrolled or exclusive access to critical company systems.

Selected candidates will be required to execute appropriate confidentiality, intellectual-property, information-security, access-control, and employment or contractor agreements before receiving protected company access.
